Get Bulk User Completions

https://api.betatest.degreed.com/api/v3/users/batch/completions

Returns up to 1000 completion records (configurable via limit parameter, max 2000). Uses truncation: if the limit is exceeded, some users' data is omitted and listed in meta.users.not-included.
