This endpoint retrieves all skill plans for the current organization.

skill_plans:read or skill_plans:write

The maximum number of skill plans to display per page. A maximum of 1000 is allowed.

Retrieves the next batch of skill plans. This value expires after 2 minutes if a request has not been made during that time.
